This is the first step. We’ll work through my mission, vision, and values guidebook (pictured on the left), and develop a clear plan that supports your business goals, all while increasing your productivity, saving time and boosting revenue.
This will be an actionable plan that supports your business and organizes your dreams to become a reality. The next quarter in your business will be clearly mapped out as well as an overview of the next 12 months.
Project & Team Management
Now that we have a clear plan in place, it's time for me to work my magic to ensure each project is mapped out and moving forward to meet deadlines. I will also regularly confirm that team members know their role and are completing tasks as required.
Tracking Performance
With the business running smoothly, my focus will shift to tracking performance and growth. I will work out the metrics and KPIs that are most important to your business based on the strategic objectives we decided on in our business planning session. These will then be analyzed on a regular basis to ensure we are on track for meeting your goals.
Where possible, I will aim to simplify systems and processes for maximum efficiency.

As your director of operations, I work directly in your business managing all the backend operations, helping you to fulfill your vision and execute your goals.

How much time will this take?
The time commitment from you is mostly upfront with the strategic business planning session. From there we will have a clear plan for the next quarter and I will get to work managing the projects and team.
Is this monthly partnership a good fit if I am just starting out?
In order for me to work with you in this strategic leadership role, you need to have a stable profit margin and at least 1 other team member, with the goal of hiring other team members soon.
Are there any services you do not provide in this role?
I provide ops management in a leadership role. Once we are clear on your vision, I bring this to life by managing the projects and your other team members. However, I am not responsible for the specific implementation details & development of your product(s).
What systems or tools do I have to use?
The systems and tools you use in your business have to work for you and your team. I will assist by ensuring your current processes and systems are as effective and efficient as they can be. If your current tools are not working for you and your team, that is when we start looking at alternatives to find the right fit.
How will we communicate during our time together?
We will work the exact approach out on our call, however, there are tools available for easy team communication as well as tools for project management. We will meet weekly or biweekly for project updates and regular communication.
Do I have to work with you for a certain time period?
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months. This will be outlined in our contract.
