In the discovery phase, I become your data detective, prioritizing your top objectives/goals for the next 6 to 12 months. By asking the right questions, you will know what metrics or data needs to be tracked going forward.

This is where the backend work occurs. I will optimize your data sources and organize everything into one easy-to-read customized dashboard. No spreadsheets or math formulas promise!

You will continue to receive my support through dashboard maintenance and a monthly consultation to review the data and gain insights. Giving you the clarity to take action with certainty!

How long does this process take?
In my VIP Dynamic Data Intensive, you will have a fully functioning easy-to-read custom dashboard in just 1 week. We start with a strategy call to iron out the metrics you need to track to reach your goals. You then get to put your feet up and relax (just kidding, I know you are an overworked entrepreneur here!). All kidding aside, after the strategy call I will map out your customer journey(s) and get busy behind the scenes ensuring we can capture all the necessary data. We will have a final meeting at the end of the week, where I will walk you through your dashboard.
What kind of data can be tracked with a custom built dashboard?
This will vary from client to client depending on your strategic objectives, as every business has different goals and needs. Click here (link to the video further up the page to watch) to watch a video walk through of what a custom dashboard can look like for your business.
Clients are often looking for data relating to the 3 areas outlined below:
Traffic: Where is the traffic coming from and which traffic source is providing the highest conversions? Which keywords are driving the most traffic to your website? What content is visited the most on your website?
Sales: Which products bring in the most sales? What is your revenue trend like over time and by product? What product is generating the most refunds?
Marketing: Which social posts are driving the most traffic and the most conversions (organic or paid)? Which emails are people taking action on? What is the funnel performance and conversion rate at each step of your funnel?
What analytics tools do you use to track my metrics?
The majority of the information I use to create your dashboard reports is based off of information from Google Analytics. This can be complex to set up (especially if you use multiple websites, funnels, or software tools), so I remove all the guesswork by getting those set up properly for you.
A secondary source that may come into play is a spreadsheet updated via Zapier integrations with your current payment processor. This source is typically used when you'd like a real-time sales dashboard built for answering questions about total sales, which items are being purchased most often, refunds etc.
Many other integrations are possible in the world of analytics, so I would be happy to discuss your unique situation with you.
